The primary responsibility of the Secretariat for the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program of Studies (IPPS) in "Automation Systems" is to provide support for postgraduate students concerning various aspects of their studies, including registration, grade recording, and certificate issuance.
Situated on the Ground Floor of Building E at the School of Mechanical Engineering, NTUA, the Secretariat is administered by Mrs. Dimitra Poulla.

The Secretariat of the School of Mechanical Engineering offers supplementary support for the Postgraduate Program in "Automation Systems". Contact details for the School's Secretariat regarding the Postgraduate Program can be found here.
Operating hours of the Postgraduate Program Secretariat are from 11:00 to 13:00 every Tuesday, and Thursday. In addition, the Secretariat of the School of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens will receive postgraduate students every Wednesday from 11:30 to 13:30. On the remaining days, students will be served remotely (email/ phone).
